Rating : - Good price, thoughtful design but not refined
This product had the potential to be a category buster in my opinion. However, there were significant issues that drove the rating down. First off was the price of the inkjet cartridges. The price was great when I bought the product but have easily more than tripled the cost by spending 90-100 bucks each time I wanted to replace the two cartridges (b/w and color) together. If you do a LOT of printing, I would not recommend this product as it becomes very expensive to continue to buy the ink cartridges. For light printing, however, this machine is fine. The quality is sufficient but not great as it relates to later technologies.

There were also minor annoyances that contributes to frustration. The paper feeder is less than ideal. I found some minor quirks with it as it tried to feed in more than one sheet at a time. It cleared itself up over time and by carefully loading it. In addition, it seems to easily jam as well.

So to close, if you're looking for a cheap multifunction machine and will do light printing, I would highly recommend this product. But if you will be doing heavy duty work and printing with this machine, I would recommend against it. If Xerox had addressed these issues, it would have rated much higher.
