Okay after the FIRST set finally got to me from CA I unwrapped the package etc. and then noticed that the bud audio jack wouldn't plug into the jack that's on the 'thumb player' so after 'shaking it' into it, it finally went into the thumb player. So then after that finally being finished the freaking left bud would cut out all the time... So I contacted the seller and told them the left bud doesn't work and they were nice enough to immediately send me a new set.
