	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Heavy and only works for some items I bought this because I forgot about the 110v being used in the US. I have a couple of electronics with me that needs 220v, an electric toothbrush and a hair trimmer/razor. Initially, I was thinking if it would be cheaper if I just buy a new electric toothbrush and hair trimmer/razor, but since this is a universal converter, I figured it will be worth the money because I can use it with several other electronics in the future. As mentioned in the other reviews, the item is heavy that it wouldn't stay plugged in on a normal wall outlet. It would be nice if you have an outlet that is in the floor, or an extension so that this thing could be plugged in vertically. Another problem is that the contacts are not for US outlets but for European so you have to get a separate head converter (not included). There is no problem with that because you may have an extra lying around or you can get a cheap head converter anywhere but the main issue is that when you attach the head converter, the head adaptor becomes longer and with the body being heavy already, the whole thing sags even more from the outlet. Finally, the biggest problem is that this thing doesn't work with all electronics even though if the wattage is under 50. I'm giving this 3 stars because the package arrived early and it's working for my electric toothbrush (rated 1 watt). Unfortunately, I don't know why it is not working for the hair trimmer/shaver (10 watts). So my trimmer/shaver is pretty much useless now. Haven't tried with other 220v-only-devices, maybe next time or if I find anything that only uses 220v. After a week, I found out that best buy was also selling this specific item and other brands. If I knew, I would've brought my devices first to test with the different brands before buying this one. As much as possible, buy a device that has auto volt, 100-250v. Most devices now have that kind of power adaptor. If not, as mentioned, you can try best buy and see if your device would power up. + See Full Customer Review
